Leakage repair of piping - Belgium

The client was dealing with leakages in part of his inox piping system, due to internal buildup of micro-organisms that were eating away at the inox piping causing leakages with a decrease in production as a result. Future Services was contacted here due to its project engineering and responsiveness qualities.

Via a qualitative root cause analysis Future Services concluded together with the client that the leakages were caused by build-up of micro-organisms on the inside of the piping. Future Services flushed and cleaned the insides of the piping systems, which sometimes required cutting the PE piping system and re-installing. The inox piping was finally covered by a special coating from our partner to make it watertight and corrosion resistant.
